You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

You agree to use our Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You further agree not to:

By making a booking through GEM Travel, you acknowledge and agree to the specific terms and conditions associated with your travel arrangements, including supplier policies.

Travel reservations are not considered confirmed until deposits or payments required by the supplier have been received and processed.

You agree to pay all fees, deposits, and balances associated with your booking according to the payment schedule provided.

Failure to make payments by required deadlines may result in cancellation of reservations and possible loss of deposits.

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors and handled according to our Privacy Policy.

By authorizing payment for travel services through GEM Travel, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes with your financial institution for services that have been properly authorized and provided.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, GEM Travel reserves the right to recover all related costs, fees, and administrative expenses associated with resolving the dispute.

Clients agree to contact GEM Travel directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute.

All content and materials available through our website and services—including text, graphics, logos, branding, itineraries, images, and other materials—are the property of GEM Travel, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, GEM Travel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Services for personal and non-commercial purposes only.

GEM Travel acts solely as an independent travel advisor and booking agent for travel suppliers including airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, transportation providers, and event organizers.

These suppliers operate independently and are responsible for providing the services purchased.

GEM Travel is not responsible for the acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, or service failures of any third-party supplier.

For trips involving motorcoach transportation, transportation services are provided by independent motorcoach operators.

GEM Travel does not own, operate, or control the motorcoach companies used for group travel.

Travelers acknowledge that transportation services are subject to the safety standards, insurance policies, and operational procedures of the motorcoach provider. GEM Travel is not liable for accidents, delays, mechanical issues, or other incidents related to transportation services.

GEM Travel shall not be held responsible or liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control.

These events may include but are not limited to:

• Natural disasters
   
• Hurricanes, floods, or severe weather
   
• Government travel restrictions
   
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
   
• Acts of war or terrorism
   
• Civil unrest
   
• Airline cancellations or transportation disruptions
   
• Labor strikes
   
• Supplier closures or operational failures
   

In such circumstances, travel arrangements may be modified, postponed, or canceled in accordance with supplier policies.

All Services are provided "as is" and "as available." GEM Travel makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or suitability of travel services provided by third-party suppliers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GEM Travel, LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our Services or participation in travel arranged through GEM Travel.

Travel involves inherent risks, and travelers assume responsibility for those risks.

GEM Travel reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services at our sole discretion without notice if a user violates these Terms or engages in conduct that may harm GEM Travel or other travelers.

GEM Travel may update these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be posted on our website with the updated effective date.

Continued use of our Services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Maryland.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within the State of Maryland.
